📌 Quick Checklist — Every time you add a new domain:

☐ Step 1: Run bash /usr/local/bin/auto-dkim.sh yourdomain.com on server (SSH)

☐ Step 2: Add 3 DNS records on registrar — SPF, DKIM, DMARC

☐ Step 3 (Titan only): Enable SMTP access in Titan webmail for the mailbox

☐ Step 4: Click ＋ Add Domain → fill in connection details (see Method A or B below)

☐ Step 5: Click Test → Send Test to verify delivery

🔌 Connection Methods — Which one to use?

✅ Method A — Direct (Postfix)

Use when: Vultr approves port 25 (permanent solution)

🔄 Method B — Via Titan (Relay)

Use when: Waiting for Vultr port 25 approval

Server Command — Generate DKIM Key (SSH)

One command does everything automatically

                bash /usr/local/bin/auto-dkim.sh yourdomain.com
              

✓ Generates DKIM key pair ✓ Updates OpenDKIM config ✓ Restarts services ✓ Prints DNS value to copy

⚠️ Output shows DKIM key split into multiple lines with quotes — join all parts into ONE single line when pasting into DNS. Remove all quotes and line breaks.

Add DNS Records on Your Registrar

Record 1 — SPF (authorises your server to send email)

Record 2 — DKIM (cryptographic email signature)

💡 Replace yourdomain.com with your actual domain. Start with p=none → after 2-4 weeks → p=quarantine → then p=reject

Titan Only — Enable SMTP Access for the Mailbox

Skip if using Method A (direct/localhost)

1. Go to mail.titan.email → login as yourname@yourdomain.com
2. Click avatar (top right) → Settings
3. Go to Mail → IMAP / SMTP Access
4. Toggle Enable SMTP/IMAP → ON → Save

❌ Without this → "535 authentication failed" error even with correct password

Verify DNS & Test

Wait 5–30 min after adding DNS records, then check on server:

                dig +short mail._domainkey.yourdomain.com TXT @8.8.8.8

                dig +short yourdomain.com TXT @8.8.8.8

Then: Domains tab → Test (green ✓) → Send Test → check inbox.

✓ Test email arrives in inbox = domain fully ready for campaigns

🔄 Switching from Titan to Direct (after Vultr approves port 25)

Step 1 — Run on server to remove Titan relay from Postfix:

                sed -i '/# Relay through Titan/,/smtp_tls_CAfile.*/d' /etc/postfix/main.cf

                systemctl restart postfix

Step 2 — For each domain in this app → Domains tab → Edit → update to:
